Payment

We accept all major credit cards.

We are based in New York and therefore must charge 8.875% sales tax for any orders shipped within NY State.

Shipping

Domestic shipping: via USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate of $11.00 USD. All packages are insured and come with a tracking number, so you can rest assured & follow long as your treasure travels to you!

International shipping: at a flat rate of $20.00 USD. Any & all customs fees/taxes associated with a purchase are the responsibility of the purchaser, & are not included in the shipping charges paid to Francesca Aimée.

Return Policy

Each of our treasures is made upon order especially for you and is final sale. However, in the event of a defective issue or a mistake in an order caused by us, please contact us immediately so we can work to rectify the situation to your satisfaction.

Customer assumes sole responsibility for determining the correct ring size(s) for their order. Please be sure of ring sizing when placing an order, as exchanges due to incorrect ring size will not be accepted. (See FAQ's for ring size info.)

We respect your privacy and never share your information, unless for legal or tax purposes. If you have received an email from us (typically containing a news announcement like a sale) and you do not want to receive any future emails like this from us, you may unsubscribe as indicated in the footer of such emails or contact us here.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. For example, the costs of gold and silver continually fluctuate, which may at times influence a change in our prices. Reimbursements will not be granted for the difference in sales prices that may occur as a result.
